Love this flour for making sourdough! I have ulcerative colitis and try to avoid gluten. With the lower gluten content in Einkorn, I’m able to still enjoy bread while getting a higher nutritional profile at the same time. My bread is so much better with Farm 2 Flour after trying other Einkorn brands.

Don't have to order from Italy! I love this fresh, delicious flour that allows me, as a gluten intolerant, to bake with flour again. Can't do better than this.

Beautiful bread! The caramel color was inviting. The sturdy exterior and soft interior makes it so versatile! I loved it as a dinner bread and a sandwich bread!

I've been using einkorn flour in all of my sourdough recipes and have found it very compatible. The bread and rolls rise well and give lighter textures than standard whole wheat. We have a couple of family members with gluten sensitivity and they have had no reaction with einkorn. Great for sourdough pancakes as well.

Wonderful flour, silky smooth, hydrates perfectly, and has a subtle nutty taste that made my breads into things to rave about. I'm testing it soon with a more cake-like pumpkin bread.
