They work
I’ve had insomnia my entire life, and have tried every prescription and otc sleep aid out there. Hated them all for turning me into a zombie. After 1 week my REM and deep sleep times have doubled (as tracked with Oura Ring 4), and my time to fall asleep has consistently been under 15 min (compared to an average of 3 hours previously). Plus, these glasses are pretty cute 😎

Good for breaking device habits.
Very much enjoy these glasses, they allow me to feel more naturally tired if that makes sense. I feel like blue light is addictive and keeps me awake, and these help me listen to my body’s natural night time wind down.

Great glasses. You can tell from the moment you open the box that the quality is superb. They feel sturdy yet lightweight, and are super comfortable. Love the protection I’m getting from them.
